Learn from some of the most common questions we receive

You first set up a 30 minute call with us so we can learn about you and your goals.  From there you fill out a questionnaire and get vetted by our team.  If we move forward, we will analyze your capacity to invest and present you will the proper opportunities when they become available.

This depends on the business plan.  If it is a stabilized property with strong cash flow we may hold for 7-10 years.  If it is a value add reposition then it may be a 3-5 year hold.  This also depends on the market cycle we are in at the time and what debt financing is available.

The distributions are quarterly.

Yes and the fees are reasonable.  The fees are tied to us finding, closing, and managing the deal.  Our fee structure is transparent and aligned with the investor’s best interest.  The typical types of fees are acquisition, asset management, and disposition fee.

We send out monthly updates at a minimum and more frequently if necessary.  The updates will be focused on property specific business plan objectives, progress updates, and any relevant market information.
