Ryan Dworak | Founder & Principal
Ryan started Powder Horn Equity to help others invest in quality real estate assets that foster wealth creation. This requires an experienced team to identify, acquire, and manage the assets for the firm and its investors. Over the last ten years, Ryan has created several businesses including an ATM service company and tea beverage company in the Milwaukee, WI area. He currently invests in and manages small multifamily buildings with plans to expand into larger properties. Through a successful corporate career in the electrical utility industry, he has learned how to collaborate with teams, drive results, and focus on growth initiatives. Ryan’s passion for commercial real estate is continually growing and his main priority is to build a successful real estate firm that grows with its investors.
Adam Beckstedt | Senior Advisor
Adam built a market-leading automotive business over two decades and successfully exited the company several years ago. Adam had long wanted to invest in real estate and quickly found his passion ever since and has decided to partner with REM Capital to scale his efforts. He brings a much-appreciated level of problem solving, creativity, and ambition to the team while helping with marketing and process improvement on top of his role in asset management. He currently manages over $100MM in real estate and plans to grow that over the coming years.

Rod Khleif is a passionate real estate investor who has personally owned and managed over 2000 properties. As an accomplished entrepreneur, Rod has built several successful multi-million dollar businesses. His success has allowed him to be a community philanthropist and give back by helping others. Rod founded and directs The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 75,000 community children and families in need. He also hosts the top real estate investing podcast known as “Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing”.
